Disclaimer: Payment for the first nurse visit is due at time of booking service to confirm appointment visit. Fees include all

types of injections: subcutaneous or intramuscular. Fee is per visit, not per injection.

If you cancel same day, there is a service fee charged for fee of service. UPDATE 2024: IVF Cycle payments must be paid in full prior to cycle start, or half on Stim day 1 and half on Stim day 5.
