IVF Treatment Cycle Bundle RN Home Visits (once daily)
This includes up to nine (9) days of IVF stimulation RN home visits once daily. Includes RN mixing and administering all injections required during treatment cycle. You will have access to your RN via phone or text through this process for any questions or support. Any RN home visits beyond the 9 days, will require additional fees. Trigger will be paid separately as one time injection service, surcharge applied if after 9pm. If your medication includes: Gonal F/Follistim, Menopur, Cetrotide/Ganirelix, Omnitrope, Leuprolide/Lupron, this is the service you need.
